Temple of Life Oils Return & Refund Policy

At Temple of Life Oils, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our aromatherapy and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a claim, please provide:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged product

• Photos of the shipping packaging

• A brief description of the damage

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged through customer misuse

• Clearance or promotional items

• Gift cards
